Ingredients

• 1 cup strong brewed Rhythm Rest tea (lemon balm, skullcap, oatstraw), chilled
• 1 tsp bilberry elixir
• 1 serving magnesium powder
• ½ oz fresh lime juice
• 1 tsp raw honey or elderflower syrup
• Splash sparkling water
  

Instructions

Brew Rhythm Rest tea strong (about 2 tsp loose tea per cup), steep 10 minutes, then chill.

In a glass, combine:

• chilled tea
• bilberry elixir
• magnesium powder
• honey or elderflower syrup
• lime juice
  

Stir until the magnesium fully dissolves.

Add ice and top with sparkling water.
